How does transpect get live vehicle positions?
We currently support GPS devices that send compatible position data over MQTT/TLS. We check your device setup and data format before activation. For other protocols, contact support to discuss and agree an integration.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The live map opens in any phone browser from a QR code or a link you can put on signage, your website, tickets or confirmation emails.
How long does it take to launch?
Send us your routes, stops and GPS device details. We will confirm compatibility and agree a launch plan with you.
Can we customise the routes and branding?
Yes. Your routes, stops, colours and logo sit on a map at your own URL, so it feels like part of your own product.
